Scope:
- Design, Fabricate & Install removable modular building for temporary Display Office.
- Supply & Install architectural screen to entry pavilion.
- Supply & Install feature gutter to entry pavilion.
Project Engineering was engaged by Watpac Limited to supply a complete building that could be fitted out as a Display unit on Devcorps residential development site in Brisbane. Engineering a design to allow for 2.7m ceilings and transportable by road for quick build and decommission was just one of the many challenges for this fast paced project. Trying to make a modular building feel like a permanent and blended structure in such a short time required a lot of consideration in design and fabrication.
